容器及儲槽之防蝕塗襯

金屬溶劑儲器槽耐腐設計 合保旺企業有限公司 A. 前言 金屬表面用作儲存溶劑儲槽或接觸運轉之中間載體,皆可能日漸氧化、腐蝕、浸磨蝕及其他侵入破壞,為了阻止這些金屬與溶劑,載體,周圍環境發生反應,而造成破壞金屬表面,進而造成洩漏污染危害,必須設計適當的防蝕系統,如果設計採用塗料保護系統,請參酌下列考慮因素: 1. 塗料儲存壽命及安定性。 2. 塗料施工性是否適合噴刷輥塗。 3. 塗膜是否均一、平滑、無垂涎、無起泡、無縐紋、顏色均勻? 4. 黏著金屬表面試驗(Adhesive test), ASTMD4541 or CNS10757 Sec. 6 or EN ISO4624。 5. 耐彎曲性(Bending test), CNS10757 Sec. 2。 6. 耐衝擊試驗(Impact test), CNS10757 Sec. 4.2。 7. 耐鹼性試驗, CNS10757 Sec. 2.2 8. 耐鹽霧試驗, CNS8886 9. 耐濕性試驗(Water vapor permeability), CNS11607 Sec. 3.2.2 or ASTM – E96-90 10. 耐候性試驗,加速耐候老化試驗。 11. 硬度試驗(Barcol Hardness , EN59) 玻璃鱗片塗料(樹脂襯裏技術)首先是由美國開發出來的。20世紀中期Owens Corning玻璃纖維公司推出了一種含有玻璃鱗片的樹脂襯裏材料。據報導,這是一種適用於船殼以及化學品儲罐、化工廠塔器和槽體的優良襯裏材料,這種材料能耐環境介質的滲透,有助於延長襯裏壽命。20世紀末期發表環氧乙烯基酯樹脂玻璃鱗片塗料,獨創的玻璃鱗片,以高粘度施工的襯裏形式成功應用於煙氣脫硫裝置,開始了實用化。 B.德國蒂普透普公司(TIP TOP GmbH)的玻璃鱗片塗料 歐洲德國TIP TOP GmbH亦研發多種耐腐蝕玻璃鱗片塗料,公司創立於1923年,總部位於德國慕尼黑。它是全球最大的冷硫化橡膠材料、防磨損及防腐蝕的乙烯基酯材料的製造商之一;也是全球知名的輸送帶及輪胎系統維護和防磨損、防腐蝕工業應用服務提供商。 在工業領域,TIP TOP公司生產並銷售各類特種橡膠和模制產品,用於防磨損、防腐蝕和防噪音的工業應用,公司生產的產品,代表著世界最高技術水準,從而被眾多的礦山、碼頭、電廠、水泥廠所採用, 廣泛應用於石化鋼鐵電廠工業: 1. COROFLAKE Polymer coatings(乙烯基酯耐蝕塗襯) - COROFLAKE 耐蝕鱗片Trowelled lining乙烯基酯鏝刀塗襯COROFLAKE lining systems are applied with a trowel and protect metallic components against aggressive media under immersion conditions. They are based on polyester and vinylester resins and reinforced with micro-thin C-glass flakes. Whereas the chosen resin ensures excellent chemical resistance, the parallel alignment of the glass flakes to the underlying surface provides outstanding permeation resistance. A nominal thickness of 2.0 mm is achieved with just two layers. These COROFLAKE trowel lining systems can be used for wide media range at temperatures up to 90° C under immersion conditions. 2. TIP TOP Lining Laminate coatings(耐蝕鱗片淋膜塗襯) These are comprised of the same resins as the TOPLINE series but with a larger portion of resin to provide the best possible chemical resistance. The lining begins with the priming coat, followed by a filler layer, two glass mats and a surface tissue. A sealing layer, rich in resin, completes the 3.0 to 4.0 mm thick lining. The glass mats and the flexible resin allow this lining to be used at operating temperatures of 80° C and to be cleaned with steam-jet equipment. In addition, this lining can bridge cracks in concrete of up to 0.2 mm width. 3. REMA Polyureathane coatings(聚氨酯塗襯) - for atmospheric corrosion protection COROPUR stands for moisture-hardening, single component coating systems that can be applied by brushing, rolling or spraying procedures. Alongside the simplicity of application and their high tolerance to moisture, COROPUR coatings feature a combination of great surface strength with high elasticity, and so ensure long-term corrosion protection of steel component parts. COROPUR is normally applied at least as a two-layer coating (DFT 60-80 μm per layer). COROPUR Ferro, COROPUR Ferro LS and COROPUR Cover RAL are mainly used for the corrosion protection of steel parts according to the requirements of DIN EN ISO 129-44-5 (corrosivity category C1 - C5-I and C5-M), in combination with the appropriate primers. 4. REMACOAT Polyurea coatings(聚脲酯塗襯) REMACOAT stands for highly-reactive 2-component spray coatings based on polyurea. Application is undertaken with 2K-high pressure airless injection machines. In combination with appropriate primers, REMACOAT is suitable for the coating of steel, concrete, light metal, plastics and many other materials. REMACOAT is insensitive to moisture, cures even at very low temperatures and is relatively insensitive to ambient conditions. REMACOAT material is available in hardness of from 60 shore A to 50 shore D, and can be used as a multifunctional surface protection, e.g. for component sealing, corrosion protective coatings, protection against sticking and wear. The layer thickness can be varied and is applied as a single layer of 1.5 mm to 25 mm thickness and more, according to the application. ANS: 1. 自動電腦控制僅需一人操作,鍵入產量即可自動設定參數! Automation control and need only one operator, the production tonnage is the setting factor for automatic control. 2. 品質均勻生過燒率低 Quality is uniform and low over-burned or under burned. 3. 環保清潔(負壓操作), 安全無污染。 Clean environment , safety and no pollution because of negative pressure operation. 4. 六點原料進料分配均勻。 6 positions feeding limestone at kiln inlet providing the uniform distribution 5. 石灰出料六點秤重調配均勻 6 positions weighing discharge and record is super uniform 6. 燒嘴樑燃燒熱流上流,上下樑燃燒自動分配 Burning beam and their lances provide upstream heating flow, the upper and lower beam shall share heating balance automatically。 7. 後置燃燒段均勻锻燒提高活性 Post calcinations zone provide high reactivity of lime。 8. 標準型耐火磚成本省,施工容易,壽命長! Q4: 可否與麥爾茲窯600T/D比較 Could compare to Maerz 600T/D kiln ANS: 1. 雙子星窑熱耗較低,但品質因煅燒不均勻而較差! Twin shaft kiln is lower heat consumption, but the lime quality is poor due to uneven calcination。 2. 雙子星窑每12分鐘換氣流一回,在鞍鋼經驗有下列情形: Twin shaft kiln change gas flow direction per 12 minutes, here is the experience: a. 進料及出灰之氣動設備頻繁作動,設備故障率高 The pneumatic devices of feeding limestone and discharging lime are actuated frequently, thus the equipment is wearing and failure rate is higher! b. 石灰品質活性,生燒及過燒,環保性都較差。 Lime quality , reactivity, over-burned/ under-burned, environmental aspect are poor performance! 3. 雙子星窑使用風機九台,耗電及噪音高。 Twin Shaft kiln have 9 sets of root blower, they are high electricity consumption and noisy! Q5’: 有無建議(燒嘴樑窯) Any suggestion to burning beam kiln ANS: 1. 進料褲檔佈料裝置,由六點改為四點較好! The feeding trouser device shall be better with 4 zones than 6 zones. 2. 合興如果用無煙煤當燃料,燒嘴樑為最佳選擇,雙子星窑其次,套筒窯不可以。 Ho Hsin Co., should select Fercalx kiln if using coal as fuel, then may consider Maerz Twin Shaft kiln as 2nd selection, not use Beckenbach kiln due to indirect heating principal。 Q.6: 為何馬鋼後來2008買五支麥爾茲窯600T/D ,而未買燒嘴樑窯或套筒窯 Why MAAGANG didn’t purchase Fercalx kiln or BASK kiln but bought Maerz kiln 600 T/D x 5 sets in 2008? 1. ANS: 商務理由 ( because of commercial reason!) 2. 燒嘴樑窯之國外設備價格高於麥爾茲窯供應設備價格!( Maerz’s price was lower!) 3. 無技術理由。( without any technical reason!) The 1st contact of power relating facilities was Electro Static Precipitator (ESP) of two sets of 550 MW coal fired boiler in 1990, there were Lurgi’s ESP revamping , turn-key basis, located in HsinTa Thermal Power Station, the winning price was US$ 24,800,000 after competition with ABB, FLS, BABCOCK, NOELL, …etc. the description of project brief:

Also the other ESP project, a delivery basis, for 1 set of 500 MW oil fired boiler located in Keelung , the unit 1 boiler of Hsieh Ho Power Station, my responsibility was the final acceptance and open items, we had schedule problem from the interface with ash handling system, the 5% of foreign portion was deducted due to the delay.(Period 1992- 1993)

The complete FGD system comprises 35 sub-system and the scope of supply been recorded as the 1,800 ton in weight, the invoicing task contained 147 sets of invoice and document file with length of 80meter , the drawings were 46,000 pieces, we have discussed in 1,200 meeting totally on technical & commercial issues.

Discharging is decided by preset capacity, per time setting and certain quantity to charge automatically. Fuel(mixed gas)heat consumption and lime productivity are preset, then gas regulating valve will follow and control fuel flow rate automatically. Combustion air is preset the ratio to fuel and being able to be follow-up and adjusting combustion air volume. The diathermic oil is preset on pressure and flow rate with stability. Burning beams – has any abnormal situation happened? Such as refractory falling off, leakage of diathermic oil, blockage of lances, life time of lances, spare parts? 回答: 3. 燃燒梁發生異常的狀況很少,曾出現過導熱油洩露事故。噴嘴堵塞主要是焦爐煤氣和轉爐煤氣中的雜質淤積在管道中,定期清理便可以解決。 Burning beams have very few abnormal accident, there was once leakage of diathermic oil. The blockage of lances happened due to the tar exists in mixed gas of COG and converter gas, the routine cleaning will solve this problem. 耐火磚脫落主要是磨損所致,與燃燒梁無關。噴槍的壽命,從使用狀況看,到目前未更換過。 The falling or separation of refractory is not relating to burning beam but relating to the wearing from limestone charging, the life time of lancers are long enough and no sign for replacement since 2005. 問題(4): (4) 廢氣排放熱交換器:因經常與排氣的粉末接觸,其熱交換效率如何?多久需要清除粉末? exhausting gas heat exchanger: how is the heat exchanging efficiency after long period contacting with powder of gas? How long period to soot the dusts.? 回答: 4. 熱交換器的效果很好,如果無管道洩露,無需清除粉末,即使有粉末,熱交換器下有排灰裝置(螺旋輸送機),可實現即時排灰 the heat exchanger is good performance, it is no need for dust removal if no pipe leakage, in case of dust exists , the screw conveyer will remove the dust regularly. 問題(5): 捲揚機:因位於窯頂,在維修上是否造成不便?SKIP減速機廠牌/備機? skip: the maintenance is convenient or not due to located at kiln top? Gear reducer maker? Needs spare reducer? 回答: 5. 捲揚機位於地面,無不方便。 Skip is located at floor and without any inconvenience! 問題(6): 熱媒油案例討論:XXXX公司磁吸式泵浦因熱媒油由破裂點流出,被磨擦熱引燃著火 (熱媒油閃火點184℃),如附圖說明。請問貴 公司是否有類似案例?diathermic oil case discussion: XXX company using magnetic driving pump for diathermic oil, the leakage happened at broken point of pump body , the oil was fired by abrasion heat, the flushing point is 184 ℃, refer to attached drawing, do you have similar case? 回答: 6. 有過導熱油洩露事故,但由於弗卡斯窯是負壓操作,未發生著火。 There was leakage of diathermic oil, no fire happened due to negative pressure of Fercalx kiln. 問題(7): 方形窯型:對於物料的流動是否順暢?耐火磚的壽命是否有影響?四角落是否易積料? Square shape kiln: is square shape influences the fluid ability of material? The life time of refractory influenced? The corners are easy to settle material? 回答: 7. 窯型為准矩形,四角落為弧形結構,物料流動還是很順暢的,耐火磚的壽命只是在裝料的入口處,因崩料而導致部分耐火磚脫落。 FX kiln is near square shape but its 4 corners are arch structure, the material flow is very smooth. The life of refractory is not affected, only the charging of kiln will impact refractory during limestone falling at top place of kiln. 問題(8): 窯頂上料:採用分岐管上料”pant legs”,對於噪音的影響是否較大?多久維修或更新? Kiln charging: using hoppers with pant legs will affect noise to be larger or not? How long period for maintenance or replacement? 回答: 8. 窯頂的分管上料,噪音很大,大處於高空,加之封閉,可以減少噪音的影響。該分料管每年需要維修一到兩次。 Some big noise happens at pants lag distributor, the insulation is needed, the maintenance is required once or twice per year. 問題(9): 石灰品質:殘留CO2多少%?活性度多少ml?熱耗多少kcal/kg石灰?電耗多少KWH/ton石灰(包含booster,是否有獨立電錶)?<8mm石灰的粉末率多少%?lime quality: RCO2 %? Reactivity ml? heat consumption cal/kg? electricity consumption Kwh/ton lime ( including COG booster ? is there independent meter?) less than 8 mm lime %? 回答: 9. 殘留CO2小於1%,活性度大於350ml,熱耗在850-880大卡/公斤灰;電耗為小於21千瓦時/噸灰。 RCO2 is less than 1%, reactivity is larger than 350 ml, heat consumption is range of 850 Kcal ~ 880 Kcal per kg of lime, electricity consumption is less than 21 Kw-Hr per ton of lime. 小於8mm的石灰粉末率在12%左右。 The powder less than 8 mm is 12% average. 問題(10): 廢氣排放品質:NOx、CO、SO2多少mg/Nm3? exhausting gas emission : mg/ Nm3 NOx、CO、SO2 回答: 10. CO is less than 1% 問題(11): 耐火磚:多少年需要小修?多少年需要大修?(依貴廠實際運轉經驗) Refractory: how many years for minor repair? how many years for major repair? 回答: 11. 耐火磚3年需要小修,5年以上需要大修。 Refractory shall be maintained slightly after 3 years, the major repair shall be 5 years ( replacement is made completely!) 問題(12): 石灰石粒度及品質要求?particular size and quality requirements for limestone? 回答: (12) 石灰石粒度60-90mm,氧化鈣不小於53%,氧化鎂不大於3%,二氧化矽不大於1.5%. Acceptable limestone quality : particle size- 60~ 90 mm, CaO content > 53%, MgO < 3%, SiO2 < 3%. 問(13): 排料及排氣溫度(爐體、袋濾機)? discharge temperature of lime and exhausting gas at kiln and bag filter respectively. 回答:( 13). 排料溫度60-150℃,lime discharge temp. : 60 ~ 150℃ 廢氣溫度160-300℃. What is the life time of these equipment? 回答: 全部為中國製造 , 使用壽命. 2-5年 yes ! belt conveyers, vibrating screens and crushers are made in PRC, the life time is 2 ~ 5 years 問題6: 小於10mm的石灰是否供燒結使用?而大於10mm的石灰是否供煉鋼使用?石灰如何產銷平衡? the lime with size smaller than 10 mm shall be used in sinter? Larger than 10 mm shall be used in steel making? How to balance the production and using/consumption of lime? 回答: 小於10mm的石灰給燒結使用,大於10mm的給煉鋼使用,石灰的產銷依據煉鋼產量多少而調整。 Lime under 10 mm shall be used in sinter, lime above 10 mm shall be used in converter, the lime production shall be adjusted by steel production. 問題7: 是否能提供石灰窯建造公司供XXXX公司參考? could you provide the kiln construction contractor for our reference. 回答: 鞍鋼三冶,本鋼修建、遼寧民盛.
